We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse service and sales at our discretion. For a full disclosure of terms and conditions please send us an email through our contact page. Any legal questions should be directed towards your local/state municipal laws.
All sales over $500 may be subject to refund due to high risk deemed by merchant processor. These sales can be completed via Chase Quickpay, Bank of America deposit, Walmart to Walmart money order, or Western Union.
Most items are shipped insured via USPS priority, functional items with adult signature required.
All product defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving item.
We can not control USPS UPS or any other carriers shipping speed. If you are under a time crunch and are concerned about shipping time, please select priority. Free shipping is First class. First class can take 2-3 days or more depending on your location and variables we are unable to control from shipping carriers.
If your order still says "In Transit" That is a Shipping issue, we have no control of your order once it is shipped out. We do not take any responsibility for what happens when your order leaves our store.

Cancellations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee unless applied as store credit.

If the customer does not have a valid state issued ID that matches the purchasing information on the order, the order may be cancelled. By agreeing to this agreement at checkout, you agree that your shipping address is correct, and that once your order has left our facility, we are no longer able to provide shipping assistance.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you place your order, you will receive a E-Mail saying your order was received, we will then pull your items and prepare for shipment.
Once ready for shipment we will review the order and determine wether we require more information. If we need more information, your order will not be shipped out until we have received ALL of the requested information.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an E-Mail with tracking information.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse items for sale, select your size and tap “Buy.” After you tap buy, enter your contact information, select a payment option, enter your shipping details or choose curbside pickup and your items will soon be on their way to you.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept several methods of payments. If you purchase items in the United States, we accept American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.

WHAT IS SEZZLE AND HOW DO I USE IT?
Sezzle is a payment solution that empowers you to “Buy Now and Pay Later” with simple, interest-free installment plans. We break down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks.
IMPORT DUTIES/OVER SEAS SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for any fees charged to the recipient after the package has been sent out. Any fees charged after shipment has been paid for, is to be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for address changes due to incorrect shipping address input, nor are we responsible for any errors related to the shipping address. CAN I PAY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
All fees are listed in US dollars, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency exchange rates, except as described below. If you are an international buyer, you may have the option to buy items in your local currency or US dollars. If you opt to pay in your local currency:

I’M HAVING ISSUES PURCHASING. WHAT DO I DO?
Occasionally our payments processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds or wrong zip code. Please review the card number you entered and the zip code first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card-issuing bank. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns! Anything that was received damaged or was fulfilled with the incorrect items will be exchanged at no cast to the buyer. For items that are still new, in original packaging and unused (Besides glass) we will refund/exchange at no cost. Some items may be denied a return because of Covid, or does not follow in store return rules. We do not accept returns on any glass products or Puffco Products. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any items listed as "Final Sale" on the checkout page, special items, or any items shipped to a freight forwarder or a delivery address in the People's Republic of China. All purchases of such items are FINAL SALE and we do not issue refunds or accept returns for such purchases.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s).To initiate a return, call us at 8479820980 or send an email to GlassetsGallery@gmail.com when you receive your package or under the FAQ tab on the home page. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:

Item(s) must include the return label and packing slip provided by us—Please note: Returns will not be processed without a Glassets return label.

Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included.

Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days from receiving your return label. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you, by issuing you credit back to your form of payment, except as otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
Make sure to only include the item(s) to be returned in your shipping box.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience.
All orders are usually shipped same-day/the following business day. We ship First-class (2-5 days), Priority (2-3 Days) and next-day (next day/day after)
For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. For items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China, import duties will be included at checkout for buyers who enter their national identification number and the items will be delivered duty paid (i.e., no additional duties should be required to be paid upon delivery). For all other international orders and for items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China where a buyer does not enter their national identification number, import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
If you’re using the app, tap on the Profile icon, then Orders to make sure your order was processed. If you see that it was, click Settings and Edit Profile to make sure we have your email address correct. You can also contact us for additional assistance.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
We are unable to change shipping address after your order was placed, please contact us at 8479820980 or email GlassetsGallery@gmail.com for the next steps to take.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
If you’re using the app, check the Orders tab in your Profile to make sure your order was shipped. If it was, check the tracking number to see where the order is currently located. If it was delivered and you still have not received your order or if you placed your order through the website, please Contact us.
For security and privacy reasons, we ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, your item(s) will be placed into Glassets Storage, If we do not receive a response from you after 14 days, the order will be canceled and items placed back on sale.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
While Glassets strongly discourages our sellers from canceling orders, there are some circumstances in which sellers are unable to complete orders. For orders, Glassets will make every effort to find a replacement in a timely manner, but if unsuccessful, your order will be canceled.
MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. CAN I STILL BUY THE ITEM?
If your order is canceled, the item may still be available for purchase. Please note, the item may not be available at the same price as your canceled order.
SALES TAX
DOES Glassets CHARGE SALES TAX?
In light of a recent Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., and based on applicable state tax laws, Glassets collects and remits sales tax on orders of taxable items shipped to customers in certain states.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

Glassets collects sales tax on sales of taxable items shipped to applicable states affected by the Supreme Court decision and will continue to monitor additional states that may require sales tax collection.

Sales tax will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address.

Sales tax will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable states, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SALES TAX?
Applicable sales tax rates may vary by state. Note that some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of sales tax while other states may exclude shipping fees.
WHY AM I BEING CHARGED SALES TAX FOR CERTAIN ITEMS BUT NOT FOR OTHER ITEMS?
Certain states may impose sales tax only on certain items while not imposing sales tax on other items. For example, depending on state laws, a state may exempt sales tax on sneaker items while imposing sales tax on apparel items and accessories.
WHAT IS THE AUSTRALIAN GOODS AND SERVICES TAX?
Glassets is required to collect and remit a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on certain orders that are shipped to an address located in Australia and the total value of the order (including shipping costs) is less than or equal to $1,000 AUD. Please note that additional duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery.
WHY AM I BEING CHARGED A CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE TAX?
If you entered your People's Republic of China ID number at checkout then you will be charged a cross-border e-commerce tax in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This tax is meant to represent all applicable customs duties and taxes and no additional charges should be incurred upon your receipt of the item(s). If you do not enter this information at checkout, you will be liable for any applicable customs duties and/or taxes charged by the carrier upon receipt of your item(s). If you believe you have inadvertently been charged this tax.
WHAT IS THE NEW ZEALAND GOODS AND SERVICES TAX?
Glassets is required to collect and remit a 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on certain orders that are shipped to an address located in New Zealand and the total value of the order (not including shipping costs) is less than or equal to $1,000 NZD. Please note that additional duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery.
WHAT ARE VAT AND DUTY CHARGES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO SAUDI ARABIA?
Glassets currently ships DDU (delivered duties unpaid) to Saudi Arabia, so if you place an order for delivery in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for paying applicable VAT and duty charges on your order’s arrival in Saudi Arabia along with any other applicable fees.
To provide you with additional information on such VAT and duty charges, your order confirmation email will show you the estimated VAT and duty charges for your order that you may be responsible for upon delivery. These estimated VAT and duty charges are based on the VAT and duty rates set by Saudi Arabia, but note that these are just estimated amounts and the final amounts may vary (for example, Saudi Arabia’s customs regulations and VAT and duty rates may change between the date the VAT and duty charges for your order are estimated and the date your order is imported into Saudi Arabia).
We currently estimate VAT and duty charges as follows:
VAT = VAT Rate x Item Price + Insurance Cost (if any) + Shipping Costs + Duty (if any) + Other Applicable Taxes (if any)
Duty = Duty Rate x Item Price + Insurance Cost (if any) + Shipping Costs
Our estimates of VAT and duty charges are based on the following facts and assumptions, which may change in the future:

There will be no duty charge if the sum of the Item Price + Insurance Cost (if any) + Shipping Costs is less than 1000 SAR.

The VAT Rate is 5%.

The Duty Rate is 10%.

Shipping Costs are $40 USD.

There are no Insurance Costs or Other Applicable Taxes.

You may also encounter a shipment disbursement fee. If the Item Price + Insurance Cost (if any) + Shipping Costs is less than 1000 SAR, this shipment disbursement fee will be 15 SAR. If the Item Price + Insurance Cost (if any) + Shipping Costs is 1000 SAR or more, this shipment disbursement fee will be equal to the greater of 100 SAR or 2% of the duties and taxes for the shipment.
WHAT ARE VAT AND DUTY CHARGES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO NORWAY?
If an order is shipped to an address located in Norway and the total value of the order (not including shipping costs) is less than or equal to NOK 3,000, Glassets is required to collect and remit a 25% Value-Added Tax (VAT) on such order. The basis for calculating the 25% VAT includes the item price, the insurance cost (if any), the cost of packaging, and shipping costs.
If an order is shipped to an address located in Norway and the total value of the order (not including shipping costs) is greater than NOK 3,000, VAT and duties may be collected at the Norway border.
