Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 3 PM CT ship the same business day from our Prospect Heights, IL store. Orders placed after 3 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via UPS and FedEx. Vaporizer and nicotine products ship in compliance with the PACT Act, which means they cannot go through USPS — adult signature (21+) on delivery is required for these items, with no exceptions.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over $99 (excludes vaporizers requiring adult signature, which ship at a flat $12.95).

Where We Ship

We ship glass, accessories, and general merchandise to all 50 states. Vaporizer and nicotine products ship only where permitted by state and local law. If your state restricts a product in your cart, checkout will let you know before you pay.

Adult Signature (21+)

All orders require the recipient to be 21 or older. Carriers will request ID on delivery for age-restricted items. If no adult is available, the carrier will hold the package for pickup — re-delivery fees are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Damaged & Incorrect Items

Every order is packed with protective packaging and a photo is taken before it leaves our store. If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to grab it yourself? Choose local pickup at checkout and we will have your order ready within 2 hours during store hours at 658 N Milwaukee Ave Suite B, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Bring a valid 21+ ID.
