Ordering

Do I need to be 21 to order?

Yes. Every order on glassetsph.com requires you to be 21 or older, and age-restricted items require an adult signature with ID on delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 3 PM CT ship the same business day. Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days depending on the carrier and destination. See our shipping policy for rates and details.

Do you ship vaporizers and nicotine products?

Yes, where permitted by law. These ship via UPS or FedEx under PACT Act rules with adult signature (21+) required — they cannot ship via USPS.

Can I pick up in store?

Yes — choose local pickup at checkout. Orders are ready within 2 hours during store hours at 658 N Milwaukee Ave Suite B, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Bring a valid 21+ ID.

Products

Are your Puffco products authentic?

Yes. We are an authorized retailer and every Puffco device we sell is genuine, with full manufacturer warranty support.

What if my glass arrives broken?

Report it within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you — your choice. Everything is packed carefully and photographed before it ships.

Do you take special orders?

Looking for something specific, a colorway we don't list, or a bulk order? Contact us — if our distributors carry it, we can usually get it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit. For hygiene and safety reasons, used vaporizers, opened e-liquids, and used glass cannot be returned.
